C&C Creative Design is an enterprise that has requires it's clients to understand its term and conditions. This is to keep a proper and clear transaction between two parties.
Here are the terms and conditions of the project:
1. Every client must complete four (4) steps in order to complete the transaction with C&C Creative Design
1.1 Every client must complete an order form as a first step of the transaction
1.2 Every client must respond to the confirmation message of C&C either through text or e-mail. This will certify that the service is legitimate.
1.3 Every client is required to sign the C&C contract before the service is done.
1.3.1 A signed contract signifies that terms and conditions are agreed upon and no other agreements should be made after.
1.3.2 Negotiations for revisions and amendments can be made before the contract has been signed.
1.4 Every client must pay their full balance before getting their final output from C&C.2. Service Limitation - The enterprise is only limited to specific photo, video and graphic services. Any services requested other than the listed will be automatically voided.
2.1 The media services, however, are not limited to the one's listed. C&C Creative Design highly encourages the prospects to ask the desired art output.
3. Rescheduling- Rescheduling can only be made four (4) days before the shoot proper. Otherwise, the shoot will remain one the same date, thus the payment must still be given without the service being done.
3.1 This is only applicable to video editing and graphic designing services if the dates of deadline are moved earlier.4. Cancellation- Cancellation can only be made five (5) days before the shoot proper. Otherwise, the shoot will remain one the same date, thus the payment must still be given.
